The Review:
Personal Antispam X4 is a simple and great way to filter your email for spam. It has a nice clean, simple and easy to use interface. Personal Antispam X4 does not really require much setting up once installed as it is integrated into Mail and starts filtering all incoming messages. If you want to launch the Personal Antispam X4 interface simply access it via the icon that is placed up in the menu bar by the clock which also allows you to check for updates.
Personal Antispam X4 does a fine job at catching the bulk of spam that you receive and places it in the spam folder. You will want to check the spam folder occasionally to see if it is marking legitimate emails as spam. If this happens just right click the message and select learn good email and it goes to your inbox. On the flip side if it misses a spam message you can right click it and select learn spam and it is then moved to the spam folder. You can easily delete all the messages by clicking the little mailbox icon in the menu bar that was added into Mail and select empty spam mailbox.
Personal Antispam X4 does a good job at catching unwanted spam messages but does have a bit of a learning curve that you need to train it to.
