The Review:
Virus Barrier X4 is an outstanding anti-virus program. It is extremely easy to install and use. It has a very clean, simple and intuitive interface. After installation an icon is placed up in the menu bar by your clock. From this little icon you can launch Virus Barrier X4 or check for updates.
Virus Barrier X4’s initial scan takes about 30 minutes or so but subsequent scans take about half that time due to the turbo mode technology. Since I have had Virus Barrier X4 installed I have only encountered one instance of a virus which was one I had set to test it and it was detected and removed immediately.
Virus Barrier X4 does an outstanding job at keeping your computer safe from viruses. It provides an extra sense of security which is nice to know that your data is safe.
